Adult Martial Arts Taekwondo Fitness Karate

ATA Fitness

Ages: 18+

Our primary goal with this program is to enhance fitness in New Hampshire. This is an intense 30 minute workout uses basic martial arts techniques combined with typical daily muscle movements to improve flexibility, conditioning, cardiovascular health and overall wellness. This class is offered 5 times per week. While the program features martial arts movements, there is no rank testing and no pressure and no long term commitments. Set your own goals and we'll help you meet them. Simply work hard and increased flexibility and endurance will follow.
